We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment - this is why we do not charge a deposit.
If you wish to cancel your appointment we would appreciate 24 hours notice, however, if this isn't possible please call or email as soon as possible prior to your appointment.
We understand how valuable your time is and we appreciate that you do the same.
If you're going to be late for your scheduled appointment, please call us as soon as you can to let us know.
If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may have to shorten your treatment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
We have a 7 day chip policy!
Our gel polish should last at least 7 days, but if on the rare occasion you find yourself with a chipped or peeling nail please let us know and we will repair it free of charge.
For any repairs after 7 days, we are happy to fix for a charge.
Please note that the 7 day chip policy does not apply to normal nail polish.
